A controller must be built and listed for PlayStation to work on a PS5. That is not a driver or compatibility issue. It is a hardware rule. That is why the T.Flight HOTAS 4 and HOTAS 5 exist as separate products from Thrustmaster's PC-only sticks. If you own a PC-only Thrustmaster HOTAS and hope a workaround will get it onto a PS5, it won't.
